Good book, despite its bias,
By
This review is from: Flag Burning and Free Speech: The Case of Texas v. Johnson (Paperback)
Pros: Goldstein announces his bias in the preface to alert readers to possible slants in his writing style. It's an easy read and organized well.
Cons: I find that he uses too many citations and includes little analysis. Insights and rhetorical questions are pretty surface-level. Overall, it's a good read and poses some interesting questions. |
