Review
`It is no question that this book will be of greatest interest for all limnologists. It fills up a gap which may become conscious to many readers at first while reading the book. Among the ecologists, the flagellates are still often the stepchildren among the algae, and it is to be hoped, as intended by the editors, that the book stimulates the interest and the research in the group.'
