5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!, December 9, 2011

I absolutely LOVE this movie! I saw it many years ago when it can on TV, and now I'll be able to buy it on DVD. Outstanding performances by Tim Dalton and Linda Purl! The movie is full of suspense, and romance. It is a "must see" for everybody.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst movie ever, February 10, 2011
This review is from: Flame Is Love [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I am a huge Timothy Dalton fan and have seen almost everything that he has made. Why he lent his name and his talent to this movie is beyond me. The plot was terrible and it must have been a very low budget film as the "scenery" between different scenes of the play were paintings as a bad attempt at the artistic side of Paris. Although Tim did a good job with his french accent, he didn't have much to work with and his death scene was ridiculous. I guess every successful actor has a bad movie that they are not proud of. Do not buy this - a major waste of your time and money. (Sorry Tim).
