I absolutely loved this book. It has everything you've ever wanted in a gothic romance - mystery, suspense, hidden passageways, hidden damsels in distress, ancient rituals, danger, an awesome hero, a smart heroine, realistic and humorous dialogue, well-developed plot & characters. This is excellent. Buy this book - it's just wonderful. This is the best I've read yet from May Goldrick.

Another great read by the McGoldricks. They again take one on a wonderful journey, full of surprises. It's heart warming that Gavin Kerr finally finds someone to love him in return.

5.0 out of 5 stars Flame is highland magic, October 15, 2000
This review is from: Flame (Paperback)
I have read alot of historical romances and this is one of my favorites. It has all the factors that for me make a good novel.. mystery, romance and magic in a medieval setting. If you have read and liked "Outlander" and "Knight in Shining Amor".. you'll love this book.
