I was very disappointed when I received the flamingo lights. The lights did not work and they looked like they were sitting on a shelf for 10 years. My husband, who is an electrician tried to change the fuse and lights that were provided without success. My husband said the quality of manufacturing was poor because several of the light sockets failed to operate. Shipping took a long time. The company did send a replacement, which worked. Due to the long wait between shipping I was unable to use the product.

Oh What a fun item. Since the Pink Flamingo was first made in the 1950's and our Christmas exchange was that of the 1950's This was an extra tuck in gift. It was well received. They are just waiting for summer party time, so they can use the great fun conversation piece. Of course we lite them and hung them on the Christmas tree. Cute. Very fun item. Yes, I would recommend.

The idea is good, but the execution isn't. The moulds are badly put together with rough edges, and in my case, were showing signs of stress from shipping compression (the pink plastic had been squashed at some point and had gone white). While it probably wouldn't be noticable when turned on - I decided to return them.

These flamingo lights are the coolest yet! I love that they're transparent and put everyone in that "Bahama" mood!

One string worked great, the other, despite replacing every bulb, I couldn't get to work. Packaging is not great for storing after use. Too bad, I really liked the look of them.

Used it for a Tiki party. I bought 4 strands but one didn't work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to call and get a replacement but easily removed the flamingo caps. I attached them to a regular strand of white lights by using some electrical tape around the base of the lights because they were smaller in diameter than the original lights. Overall got great complements.

I am very much into flamingo's. Not obsessed but think they are so much fun. I placed the lights in my windows above the computer and enjoy them every day.

These were part of a larger pink flamingo event for Halloween. Lights were funny but did not work. Bummer. However, other flamingo stuff we ordered worked great and added to our White Trash party.
