This is a clear labor of love by a writer with a unique voice that speaks from
the soul.

You'll be taken into the life and mind of this lovable and supremely quirky
character surprisingly well (since it is not written in the first person).

I was intrigued throughout. I gotta love sentences like "The insomnia was
caused by her ant farm."

I'd definitely like to see any further works by this author, who succeeded in
capturing my heart and my funnybone.

Mesmerizing and moving: I couldn't put it down. This book gives intimate insights into what a person with bipolar disorder (and perhaps many of us, to a much lesser extent) goes through. The main character's unexpected encounters with well-known figures throughout her journey are reminiscent of Forrest Gump's. I would give it 5 stars were it not for the writing style, which is sometimes a bit awkward. Over all, an amusing and powerful read

A very unusual read with historical significance that will definitely surprise you. No boring parts in this book, that's for sure! As the others have stated, this book is very interesting, but you will just have to read this book for yourself to appreciate the author's humor and wit. Truly an enjoyable book.

This book was intriguing, humorous and thought-provoking, a rare combination. A significant portion is non-fiction . . . about the life and mind of a woman with bipolar disorder. Wow! The book held my interest throughout. Perhaps we all have a touch of bipolar? Definitely "a thumbs up!"
