Wouldn't even turn on.,

Was way excited to have a blue light instead of the usual boring red. Unfortunately, the thing never even turned on. When I opened it to put in the batteries, it was clear that the construction was poor, since the LED's all were bent over, and the board they were soldered to looked bent too. So, no luck. Debating whether to waste time returning it or try to re-build it with parts from RadioShack, or just throw it away. Hate to complain, but this is a shoddy product, and shouldn't be sold.*Edit: Contacted Amazon customer support and they gave a full refund without me having to go to the trouble of returning it. Great customer service at least! :)

I can't get it open to put batteries in it, I've tried and the only way would be to basically destroy it.
