I would not recommend this product at all. when my son got it, it lit up red but never spun around though the 'motor' hummed as if it was trying to. The light burned out very quickly and has since been thrown out. The company (with a little encouragement) resolved the issue with a full & quick refund which my son used on something that is put out by a company whose name I recongize at least.

I love this little siren. It looks cool, but the motor is quite noisy. It is not suitable for an open office setting. It will drive you and your co-workers crazy. The motor stalls a bit also... it is slow moving and seems to get hung up on itself. I tried a little bit of WD-40, but it didn't help. I like the product, but don't love the less-than-desirable functionality of the motor.
