I purchased two of these and then went and got 23watt CFL's 5k. I now have roughly 12,000+ lumens in my garage...
This was JUST the perfect thing that I didn't have to install new fixtures or call an electrician to wire up more lights.
These felt very solid to me.. there is another product on Amazon and people complain about it feeling cheap and or not working.
All 4 sockets work with mine and there is some weight to these. Make sure your fixture can handle the weight of this plus 4 bulbs..
Overall this has transformed my garage from something that you could hardly see to something that looks like the sun is above your head... EXCELLENT!!
A+ on these. I will try and edit this with a review a couple months with some pictures of my setup.
EDIT: It's been 4 years now since purchase..? STILL working. I have since upgraded the bulbs to 30watt CFL 5000k. It's PURE white in my garage with roughly 17,600 lumens. Looks like they make an all white version now which is cool, probably blend in with the ceiling more honestly but that's ok. I wish they made a 5 bulb version... I see amazon does sell those so I might try and compare to this one. I am just hesitant because this has worked so well now in a garage that sees hot/cold temps and it's a working garage...etc.
Note the two picture's don't justify how much light. I will try and take a picture of the fixture and see if the camera doesn't do that "white out" affect..
Now the closet is nicely illuminated with more than twice the lumens, but using 60% less energy.
KAEZI TRIPLE TRI 3 FLASH STUDIO BULB HOLDER w Umbrella Bracket
If you are looking for an extra backup and you're going to hook them up to a very well made light socket this could work. And I am sure you could build some sort of diy light box with these which would be awesome. It really depends on how you use them. Putting 4 bulbs in and screwing it into a socket, your going want a strong feeling socket, otherwise the weight is too much.
I own 3 of these now for my home studio. For a home living room with no lighting of its own, the single bulbs in my umbrella and box lights were not enough light for my camera at all. So I bought these bad boys to pop in there and QUADRUPLE my light output!
I could still use a tad more light in my room - but that is affected by your bulbs at this point.
I was worried these might cause issues with the sockets, melt, etc. but I've been using them for a long time now and have had ZERO problems!

Good for purpose, a little bulky. Took some extra effort to put it into socket (was a little short), but it did work.Published 28 days ago by Lev
Great product. I'm using this with 4 LED bulbs. It's great because my apartment only had one lamp and i didn't want to buy any other lamps. The price is very good. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Elias B.
