I first saw the video for this song in France during the summer of '99, and immediately I knew it was something spectacular! Flat Eric is so awesome and unique, and the song itself is so pulse-pounding, you simply cannot stand still while listening to it! PHAT!

This is one of my fave songs. But only if you know the commercial to this song you understand why I wrote this. The little yellow-green THING that is nodding with his head or trying to smash a fly. It is just cool.

Well I think this is the best track on earth. It is very beaty and I think this big yellow fluffy person is the best. He has lots of character and I like the way he moves to his very own flat beat.

After i saw this funny little yellow fellow in the Levis commercial, I had do buy this CD! And it's excellent! I tokk my car trough the city, vith the volume at highest level, it was hyper!! All the clubs in Denmark are playing it now, and people go wild EVERYTIME! I guess it'll be a big hit this summer (Imagine Ibiza or Magalluf!!)

The little furry yellow/orange guy in the Levi commercials DOES have a name. He is "Flat Eric". Do a search on Yahoo! and you'll be surprised at how many fan pages there are out there for him! He's been in Europe since like Februaury. Why does America gotta suck sooo much sometimes? Anyway, I'm glad he's finally here and I love this song! Enjoy! :)

I just came home from a year in Belgium. I fell in love with techno and was a bit disappointed when I came home. I don't hear any techo in the States - incredibly disappointing. Flat Eric just happens to be my favorite - I respect all of you Americans who know him. Rock on Europe and congratulations - you have the best taste in music

I also first time heard the tune Flat Beat in the TV while watching the latest Levis commercial at a commercial break, and I just loved it at once. Muy heart falled for this little yellow fluffy monster with big comic potential. I later heard it in the radio, I saw the musicvideo on MTV. Then I knew that I just have to own the tune myself, since I couldn't get it out of my system because it's such an catching melody. It's basic funny sounds on layers, made from a synthesizer mixed together to perfection of Mr. Oizo. You can't sit still while listening to it, so I guess it's dance music. It's sure a global hit!
