Thank you Gregg Gillies for this amazing read! As a woman, I can totally vouch for how difficult it is to make progress with the appearance of my mid section and this book provides answers to so many of my questions. Now I know what I've been doing wrong all this time and how to correct those mistakes to finally begin seeing the results I've always wanted! Whether you're a beginner to fitness or a long time health and fitness nut, I believe that anyone can find something of value from this book to help achieve their fitness goals. I'm so excited to get on track and STAY on track. Summer bikini weather here I come!

I must say I love to be surprised when I read books. So often writers promise but don't deliver. But not in this case. Gregg delivers and I would have to say over delivers on content in this book on how to work out, diet and eat right so you can reduce belly fat. Too many products fail to give the reader enough insight to actually follow through. But not Gregg. he has done a great job with this book. I am sure that following his insight and guidance the reader (and in this case myself) can actually gett in better shape and reduce belly fat to achieve the look and feel that we want. Well done.

More About the Author

I've been involved with sports and athletics for as long as I can remember, starting organized soccer when I was five years old. When I hit high school, I started learning about training with weights and proper nutrition in order to help my sports performance.

Out of that, I developed a passion for all things health and fitness related. Eventually, I began to understand the power of being healthy and fit and that it goes way beyond just losing some weight and looking better.

Being fit and healthy helps you to make powerful changes in all aread of your life, from being more active, to feeling better, having more confidence, learning how to set and achieve goals and understanding adversity and how to overcome obstacles, whether it's in the gym, on the job, or life in general.

Unfortunately, there continues to be a LOT of misinformation out there with regard to losing weight, getting fit and being healthy. It's sad and frustrating to see people fall for gimmicks and unhealthy diet and exercise programs that cause nothing but frustration, forcing people to quit their dream of becoming healthy and fit.

I was first published a number of years ago in my favorite fitness magazine, Ironman Magazine, which has been around since 1936!

I wrote for a magazine called Body Talk for almost 5 years and I write my own email based newsletter, as well as a new blog at www.fitterfasterleaner.com

I'm a certified metabolic training specialist as wel as a certified resistance band trainer and kettlebell instructor.

My goal is to change to change the health and fitness industry and help people build their best body in the shortest amount of time by applying sound fundamental principles of exercise physiology as well as nutrition and supplementation to help them burn fat and build muscle.

A complete body transformation, pure and simple. A functional body, not just one that looks good on a stage in posing trunks, but one that helps you get the most out of life, no matter what you do.

Nothing can replace the amazing feeling of accomplishment gained through hard work. Let's make sure the hard work is also the right work. I am positive I can help people get what they want from their nutrition and training efforts and in the shortest time possible.

And nothing is better than the feeling of someone letting me know that something I've written has helped them finally reach their goals and how much better they feel about life!
