Walk Off Belly Fat DVD,

After trying this routine, I overall give this workout a 5 star, but there are a few things to know. For a very out of shape beginer, this is a fairly challenging woukout. It says walk off, but half way into it, Liz has a number of combination steps that makes one feel like you're trying to do the Hoky Poky more than walking off your pounds. She also does't really address the viewer who is having trouble keeping up. I knew from previous experience with walk off exercise tapes to reduce to a simple walk if one was tiring out. If this DVD is done with consistancy, you wlll definetly get your results quickly. One just has to keep at it.

The instructor is pleasant to follow. There is very little marching in place as the majority of the moves are walking intervals-kicks, taps, step touch, etc. The instructor uses a building method of teaching were you are taught one step and then she adds on with the next. The Walk Off is low impact and the Blast Off includes optional high impact jumps and turns. Both have standing toner moves at intervals during the 'walk'. The Walk Off has core strength exercises and dual arm and legs are found on the Belly Blast DVD. This is a step up from Sansone in difficulty. I very much like the total body work out these DVDs provide whether you do the strength section or not.

This instructor really does a good job and the exercise is fun. I recommend it to everyone, as it also is a good "slow" workout day for those of us who work out regularly.
