These sketches of Phil, were lost back in that time, but after Hartman's death, the tapes were found and published on this compilation album, Phil Hartman was considered the best sketch comedy actor EVER, and it really comes through in this album... Buy it, If you're a Hartman fan, snl fan, or just any type of comedy fan.

Sadly, this reminds us of the talent Phil Hartman truly had and what was lost.

It's skits around the television, and within the television - a family eating dinner by the TV, or news and commercials on the TV.
It is an interesting concept, and I'm glad I picked it up, because he made me laugh again.
