Also: Middle Eastern pitas and zata, Indian naan; Italian, Georgian and Arabian pizzas; Italian focaccia; and Mexican tostadas.

This is a cookbook that I have had for some time. I wanted to include extra recipes with a flatbread/tortilla griddle that I was giving for a gift over the holidays, and this one is the book I chose. It has great bread recipes with instruction on using the flatbread griddle. It also has recipes for dishes that traditionally accompany the flatbread you choose to create.
