But no matter, this is just the stuff for beginning mystery buffs, and Lies's entertaining black-and-white pen-and-ink drawings add to the fun. Flatfoot Fox and the Case of the Missing Eye is an intriguing mystery for children. It captures simple themes of mystery while captivating and entertaining the children in playful characters and dialogue. Being a high school student, I still enjoy reading this book, but obviously do not find as much pleasure in it as a child would. However, this book was my favorite as a child and I read it over and over again. Purchase this book. It is fascinating. (Also, can be used to help your child to read!)
