The author has an impressive background and displays her knowledge very effectively in this gorgeous book! We are literally given a tour of Normandy and it is with great regret when the book ends! :) The recipes are authentic to the region and are very delightful. You are certain to please your family and impress your friends! The photography and artwork beautifully compliment the information that is presented about the food and culture of the people of Normandy! Anyone who is interested in French food and culture should take advantage of the bargain price for this wonderful book! :)
