I ordered this book on the assumption that it was written by Emalee Chapman. According to the cover page, the author is Shanta Nimbark Sacharoff. It's an ok collection of recipies, but the authorship is not listed correctly. If you are a fan of Ms. Chapman, you will be disappointed.
