Flaxseed oil contains linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid needed for survival. But unlike most oils, it also contains significant amounts of another essential fatty acid, alpha linolenic acid (ALA). Our Flax Seed Oil is unrefined and cold-pressed, and is also a great vegetable source of dietary Omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to support overall health. Also known as flax or food-grade linseed oil, this oil contains the highest amounts of omega-3 fatty acids in the plant kingdom.

High quality flax oil at a reasonable price. I'm intolerant to fish oil so I use flax oil as an omega-3 supplement. To me it tastes like a cross between raw hazel nuts and raw almonds. I put a tablespoon on my granola every morning- I like the added nutty flavor.

I take flax seed oil, and when the local supermarket stopped selling it, I was happy to find it on Amazon. But I find this brand of oil gives me bad gas when I take it, which I believe is due to the oil being bad. I bought two bottles which I don't know what I am going to do with, hate to throw them away.
