Just what I was hoping for...creative ways to re-use cast-offs, easy-to follow directions and pretty photography. Lots of inspiration here!

Many idees and very fine pictures.

This is a great book to get ideas and even take them futher with other pieces. I love Shabby Chic. So if you do this is a good one to have.

This book has great ideas on "junk" from everything you may find in your basement to those great deals at flea markets.

This book always gets pulled out when I am looking for an idea. It inspires me to look well beyond the "usual and customary" use of a piece of furniture to the possibilities! Great use of color and demonstrated integration into a lovely setting. I keep looking for more books like this one. If you love to re-purpose this is the book for you.

I really enjoyed this book. Its really what I expected to be when I saw it online. If I could add one suggestion would be to have the "how to do it" part a little bit more detailed, with pictures and step by step more clear.

There wasn't much new information in this book. It was all old news and very old style. I sent it back.

I have read the writings of many crafters who put their thorghts in writing for us to use and create our own versions of what they made. Take what you learn and share it with others, and they will share their ideas with you. Look for craft ideas everywhere. Everything has the potential of being a craft project. The more you practice, the more you see.
