Yup, this product is basically what it says it is. If your wondering about exact sizes I don't know what they are. Personally, I have a pretty big head and this still fits fine but the smaller your head the better I'm sure. It's a great hat to wear around, always gets a comment or two.

My 10 year old daughter loves pandas and loves this hat! I highly recommend it to the panda lover!

pretty good quality product. this would actually keep your head/ears warm in the winter months! my girlfriend will love it. it fits snug and perfect on my 7&1/4 head.

Really cute panda hat great for adult sized heads. I bought it to wear at SF Giants games and it keeps my ears warm in the ballpark.

Very Happy with the hats, my daughters loved them. They are 30, 23, 28 years old, I also ordered youth size for the children and the girls were so excited. I need to order 3 more adults and 2 more children.

Nice hat. Fits well and was a good price. Would buy again. My daughter now has the hat and will not give it back. She wears it all over the house.

Hat seems to be made nicely and is of good quality. Downside is that it doesn't really cover much. My ears are uncovered and so are my wife's.

One of the fuzzy balls came off initially, but it was easily sewn back on. Very soft and nice product.

This hat came in the mail yesterday as an xmas gift for my cousin. It's pretty soft and adorable. The quality of construction isn't stellar, but satisfactory for the price of the item. It seems pretty one-size-fits-all for adults.

This hat was bought as a gift. It stretches to fit basically any size head. Cute for a person who loves pandas.
