This product is exactly as described ... I don't remember reading it, but the cover has a nice velcro closure on the bottom end of it to help maintain it's placement on the cane. Very easy purchase, and an insanely fast shipment (2.5 days from "submit" to reciept!) made for an excellent purchasing experience.
