There is nothing else on the market like it. Fleet wants to discontinue producing this pain relief product. Write or call Fleet and tell them to keep it on the market. I swear, if you have ever suffered through hemorrhoids and considered surgery, try this product first. You'll never use toilet paper again and never again have hemmies. This has to be the best product on the market for hemorrhoidal relief. I don't know why it's not carried at most drugstores - at least it's not where I live. It's hands down better than Preperation H. My doctor had never even heard of it when I asked him. I found it thru my brother who lives in another state. Anyway, this product works miracles!!
