I was charmed by the image of the butterflies mobile; the wings appeared soft in color, almost diaphanous. Thus I was slightly dismayed to find the wings to be highlighter green, blue and a garish hot pink. Affixing it to the ceiling certainly helped. And sunlight is the mobile's best friend. Yet the colors still don't come close to the ones shown in the picture, which makes me feel like I purchased an ersatz version.

This would be cute in a nursery, but if you're like me and want it for adult modern decorative purposes, I suggest seeking elsewhere.

I positioned this mobile above my 1 month old's crib and already he loves watching the butterflies move around. There was reasonable assembly required, you have to make each butterfly (which consists of three pieces) but it wasn't too time consuming. The butterflies are made out of a clear plastic, not paper. This is a much classier mobile than a fisher price offering! I say go for it!

This mobile is a beautiful addition to my baby's room. She loves to watch its slow and graceful movement and is intrigued by the colors. It is sophisticated and artistic enough to grow with her, and won't need to be removed with the other baby paraphenalia. I recommend this product.

The colors on these pop. Room has flourescent light and white ceiling and lower walls with lavender upper half of the walls. Rooms get indirect light.

Very pleased!

This is the worst mobile ever. Looks good but it is incredible easy to get it tangled up and impossible to untangle. What a waste.
