It looks pretty average 'man size' to me.

The Flents Sports band has held my glasses on tight even with strenuous exercise and a lot of sweat in the south's hot summers.
Ken D.
The elastic at the temple end of the band is so flimsy that they will not hold onto the temple bar of the glasses.

Eyeglass straps are bewildering. No two are alike. I don't like most of them. Buying them in stores is an exercise in frustration. You rarely find more than one or two styles in an athletic store and some stores don't even carry them. Many are too loose and floppy. Many are very hard to attach to the glasses.

This style attaches easily to the glasses with flexible plastic loops that can be snugged by pushing down on a metal band around the loop. And the strap is stretchy, so it can be pulled over your ears and yet still fit snuggly. They are small, cheap and light so I keep several in my bag.

Some reviewers have commented the strap it too tight. They arrived ridiculously short. For my average size head I found I had to let them out to near their maximum length for modest pressure. Maybe if you have a big head or big hair they would be too small, but I find they work OK. Have used them for a few months now exercising without a problem.

(update) Disregard my big head comment above. I had been lengthening new bands just by shortening the end piece, which makes the band double across the whole head. I feel stupid admitting this, but I just realized that the band can be adjusted to be much longer (partially single and partially double elastic). Since being too snug was the only negative I had, I raised the rating from 3 to 4 stars.

With the price of prescription eyeglasses today, who can afford to lose them on a wild roller coaster ride or doing something that means those designer frames could be lost in a split second! I purchased this product for just those kind of reasons - I love my glasses and I can't afford to lose them in the pursuit of recreational activites - especially if it's over a holiday weekend or you're far from your optician. The Sports Band Eyeglass Holder kept my husband's glasses on his noggin throughout ALL of the rides at Hershey Park and also kept mine from slipping off my nose while bent over a pond doing some messy gardening stuff. Who cares if we looked like a little nerdy? They WORK and they're stretchy and adaptable - highly recommend them.

Appears to do the trick. You can make it snug or abit loose. For the price, cannot beat it.

I had my nose broken and all my glasses fall down my face so this little gadget comes in handy when I want to do yard work or take walks or hikes and keep the glasses where they are supposed to be. It is inexpensive and does keep my glasses in place. I say "my" glasses because they have a downward curve on the end which keeps the band in place. If your glasses are straight for the most part the band may slip.

I recently ordered this hoping it would work but alas it fails in its primary mission and hurts my ears to boot.

Years ago I had a similar product with one very important difference. That product used a flat strip of rubber on the ends of the elastic band that looped around the end of the glasses' temple. That was very flat and soft. So it did not irritate my ear. It also had a stickiness as good rubber does that held it in place on the temple end.

This product has a thick plastic loop with a metal ring that is supposed to tighten it on the temple end. It does not stay tight. Hence, the thick plastic loop slips off the temple end. Also, the thickness of the plastic loop rubs on both of my ears causing a lot of irritation and leaving small sores.

I would NOT recommend this product. I would suggest this manufacturer make one with flat rubber ends and all of us would be grateful.

The band is OK, but I would have wanted a product that is geared for an adult wearer and usage. It is thin and small which makes putting it on more difficult. I have not found a better product to date so I use it. It does however do the job of keeping my glasses in place when I play racket sports. If it were "expensive" I would have been extremely disappointed. But for the price, it beats having nothing at all.

This product fits on the ends of eyeglass temples. With violent movements like dance and exercise, the product separates from the temple.

Since I dance and exercise, this product is not adequate. The eyeglasses are not held in place during fast movements.

It's too short that much your eyeglasses' lens are almost touching your eyes. You would feel your head is too tight like 34 waist pant for a wearer with 42 waist.
