Jack in Iraq, September 11, 2008
This review is from: Flesh and Blood (The Darkness, Volume 3.5) (Paperback)
The book was a really good read and they brought in some fresh faces and the art was as good as I was expecting. Only problem I had was the binding came unglued after only a few reads and now I have pages falling out every where.

More Darkness..., February 25, 2008
This review is from: Flesh and Blood (The Darkness, Volume 3.5) (Paperback)
As is usual, I just loved this comic. Estacado is just the perfect antiheroe. I love the way in which this comic book uis written, drawn and everything. My opinion is not impartial, as I love this comic book!!!
Being more partial, I have to admit that some times, some of the story lines presented on this volume were less exciting than the other ones, but I suppose is normal, giving the run that the Darkness has been given.
Also, what's a little anoying is for example when there are crossovers that the needed comic books aren't inserted, as for instance the Darkness/Batman crossover that you need to see in detail why, how, when Estacado turned his uncle to the police.
They included the crossovers that included Witchblade, it would have been nice to have the Batman crossover included too. Anyway, you can get a good idea of the story with this comic book missing.
All in all, I recommend Estacado's adventures to people who like their heroes a little on the dark side.
