I bought a Fleshlight on a lark when it first came out a number of years ago. My wife was having a difficult pregnancy and I was in need of more satisfying form of sexual release the my hand could provide. The salesperson at the shop I frequent convinced me to give it a try even though I thought the price was a little steep.
When I tried it out the first time I couldn't believe how REAL it felt. I closed my eyes and started fantasizing. Needless to say it was like my first time all over again and it was over way to soon. By loosening or tightening the cap you can achieve the desired tightness.
A couple of things to keep in mind. You can't be in a hurry when you use your Fleshlight. Be sure and soak it in very warm water before you start. It will make it feel much more real. Keep plenty of a good quality water soluble lubricant handy and do not use a silicone based lube. Keep plenty of extra lubricant handy during a long session because if you are laying on your back it will have a tendency to run out and it won't feel as good if it is dry. You also need be sure to thoroughly clean and dry both the sleeve and case before you put away.
Even after several years of use my Fleshlight is as good as new. I am still amassed how satisfying my orgasms are with all the use its had. It never gets old.

I held off buying this for a while because of the price, but oh my god it was so worth it! So tight and lifelike feeling - I have several other cheaper similar items and they don't come close to the tightness and feel of this. I like to practice control like in the tantric sex teachings (getting right up to the point of ejaculating and feeling the orgasmic feelings without going over the edge, then backing off and doing it over again so it lasts a long time.) That strengthens the muscles so I can last longer for my wife. It was hard to maintain control with this because it was so tight but it is great to practice with. And cleanup is so simple.

For those who want the quick version:
The product ripped after the second use and, upon contacting Fleshlight, I was told Amazon.com LLC is not an authorized reseller and there is nothing they can do about it. I give one star because of poor quality of materials, poor customer support (they closed the trouble ticket after I responded to it), and the lifeless feeling of this model.
The more informative:
This product is packaged just like you would receive the Fleshlight from Fleshlight.com.
Just inside of the "labia," the material is tearing. I have used the item twice and found this tear after the second use.
The Original Pink Lady internal walls are just tight enough but feel lifeless. I would admit I gain more pleasure from my hand than using this item.
The adjustable air valve at the end of the device does not close all of the way, leaving air to escape thus defeating it's purpose.
After placing a ticket to support.fleshlight.com, I was informed: "Thank you for contacting ILF Customer Service. Amazon is not an authorized retailer of our product. Unfortunately the item you purchased was most likely a fake import. We are in ongoing legal discussions to prevent the sale of unauthorized and inferior copies. If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know."
Evidently, Amazon.com LLC sells products they shouldn't be and the legitimate product I received is of poor quality. I cannot return to either Amazon or Fleshlight and I'm stuck with a legitimate, unauthorized resold product that doesn't float my boat.
