I've used this seller several times recently. Orders are filled and delivered very quickly, items each in a separate bag, good quality, good match for picture shown on web.

Fell apart immediately
This charm lost its dangling fleur de lis about a month after purchase. I have several other dangling charms, including real Pandora pieces that are just fine after a year or more. I won't buy anything from this seller anymore due to quality issues with other items I purchased from them.

I love this bead and it's exactly what I wanted (dangle Fleur de Lis) but the Fleur de Lis is upside down! What's up with that?
