My knee has been geting sore after jogging and skiing for years. At 54 years old, overall my joints seemed to be getting stiff. I began feeling my age. My wife suggested using this product. I was skeptical but did it anyway. After a week of use, all pain was gone including the runners knee. The powder form forces a drink of water in the morning which is good and it is has less carbs and sugar than pill form. My pharmicist believes the powder works better than pills. On the other hand my wife found no similiar improvement in her joints. Go figure!
It is worth trying.
