I bought two of these because I have a couple of suits that show every little imperfection and I wanted to smooth them out.

This shapper most definitely holds things in and creates a smooth silhoette. What more could you ask for?

Do you like to breathe? If so, maybe these aren't for you. After wearing the shaper for 12 hours, I couldn't wait to get them off and breathe. I could feel the wires and I wondered if I had suffered internal damage.

The waist doesn't go up as far on my body as the picture shows. When I sit, the elastic rolls over and I have to keep pulling the thing up.

The pee trap (isn't that what people call it?) is useless unless you're a man. I could get more graphic about the problems with the pee trap, but just take my advice and don't use it unless you're a man! Really - it isn't worth it!!!

If I had designed this shaper, I would have sewn in a zipper on the side or front, since the shaper is so hard to pull up. A zipper would have made all the difference.

Having said that, I will continue to sell my soul to the devil until I get off my rear and work out. After all, it's better to look good than to breathe, right?

I have been looking all over for a great bodyshaper to wear under my 2nd wedding dress for my reception (it is chiffon and you can see everything!). I am pretty thin and in good shape, but I wouldn't even be able to eat in this dress without it showing, so I wanted something to wear so that I could relax and not have to hold my stomach in all night and stand up straight constantly . I have ordered a lot of different shapers from Spanx (I love their products too), and another Flexees product that has the built in strapless (another great bodyshaper... my only complaint is the cotton gusset is really not easy to use, and the elastic on the legs gets pretty tight after a while).
This shaper is great because it does not fold over at the top when you bend (like a similar spanx product, you have to tape the spanx product to you), the gusset is easier to open and use than the other flexees products, and it does not cut off your leg ciculation, while making you feel like everything is staying where it should be and not jiggling or sticking out or dimpling =). I highly recommend this shaper! I feel thin and curvy and great in it!

The fabric is a little rougher than nylons and it doesn't feel too great at the end of the day. Also the stomach part does shape beautifully, but it does this with boning/underwire inserts. The "trap door" for trips to the bathroom doesn't really work. Prepare youself as you normally would to use the restroom and don't rely on this device.

I am a size 16 and I wanted a bit of hold on my stomach and hips for under a formal dress. This one works very well and doesn't "roll" as long as you have proper posture while sitting down. It is hard to get on, which makes it even better because it holds better than most waistshapers. Worth a try.

I'm very satisfied with this. I got it because I wanted something that would pull in and conceal my "spare tire" and this does it wonderfully.
For added convenience, the crotch opens up so you don't have to take the entire thing off, when you need to use the bathroom.

This does hold well, but it rolls down a tiny bit in the back for me, which is a) uncomfortable and b) ugly as it digs into my back. It also digs into my inner thighs so I wish it were a little longer, but I kind of expected that and it's not really noticeable unless you're wearing something which is tight against the inside of your thigh(not bad under jeans). It's pretty uncomfortable. The boning digs into my ribs when I sit down, but it's kind of worth it considering how well this thing controls my tummy and hips.

I mostly bought this to keep my post-two children tummy in line, and it does that well. I will use it, but I might try pinning the back to my bra.

I am about 20 lbs overweight, most of this in my midsection. I found that this shaper held my belly in quite well. I definitely looked several inches smaller at my waist. It was extremely easy to put on, and comfortable to wear. It did not make any unpleasant bulges where it ends on my thighs or back. The open crotch is not really usable or beneficial, but it isn't uncomfortable either.

To get into it is really tough but when you do the effort is worth it. Like about an hour after wearing it you are not conscious anymore about it. It really smooths you out.

Comfortable, wore it all day for wedding, it felt like I did not have it on.

good value, good product -- very good product but may require additional work on the back hold.
