I find that the vest does an excellent job keeping my core cool.
=More importantly, adjusted to it's largest size, the front velcro fastener would pop open when I bent over, or leaned side to side.
I swapped ice packs in the deep freeze and got another 2 hours, but when those were toast the first packs were not re-frozen again.

It didn't fit snugly so every area the vest doesn't have direct contact with your skin it is not cooling... Read more
