This metal saucer sled brings back memories from when I was a kid. The plastic saucers just don't cut it. The kids like the metal sled because it goes faster and the rocks don't hit their butts like it does through plastic. I was so happy I was able to find these metal saucers. They were shipped promptly. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a durable, slick and fast metal sled! Great for adults and kids. Will go down anything, including fresh snow. A MUST have for any sledding adventure!

I was thrilled to find a metal saucer and thrilled again to find one made in the USA. BUT this saucer is as thin as a baking pan. After THREE runs the saucer started to dent, and by the end of the day it was unusable despite being punched back into some semblance of smooth time after time. The red paint was quickly scratched off even on the inside (by the snow boots).

I bought this for my daughter and my friend bought one for her daughter, with the same poor results.

I still ride my father's 85-yr-old Flexible Flyer sled: they don't make things like they used to!

This product arrived in excellent condition but was not as pictured. The handles are not thick black handles like the picture shows but thin white rope handles. The sled is CHERRY red not maroon. Very nice sleds my kids and hubby will get years and years of use out of these. High quality. Now we just need some snow!

The saucer came just in time for our big snowfall on the mountain in Arizona, so we have been having lots of fun flying down the hills! but it did dent up after the first day of use. I would say I like it, but will probley need to buy another one in a couple of years.

My sister and I had metal saucers when we were kids in the 70's and those same saucers lasted to see use from my kids until this winter when they finally gave out. These flexible flyers are the same great quality that will last for many years (maybe decades). The other kids in the neighborhood keep coming over wanting to use them, might have to get a few more. A little expensive but if they last 20 years its worth it.

Yeah, I was looking for sleds for my girls ages 7 and 3. Wanted something simple but something that would let them have fun on a little slope or large slope. This sled does that all for them they had a blast on this sled. Its durable and easy to pull for adult even easy to manuvuer for 7 year old but have to assist 3 year old but have to do that with anything for a 3 year old. So over all fun for the kids and really enjoyed it so for.

We took this out sledding today and it was the hit of the crowd. MUCH faster than other sleds. It is a bit pricey though...

My daughter absolutely loves this sled. We can't get her off of it long enough to come inside!

It is made of solid heavy steel and in the USA to boot. It screams down the slope and my 11-year-old has a blast on it. Even my sister-in-law did well with it. It is the Rolls-Royce of saucers.
