After seaching all the home improvement stores I went to menards and I found a new product Dry Lock the extra ventalation was perfect for my less than perfect basement and the water removal from the cars in Michigan weather was a bonus. I was after a garage floor and ended up buying enough for both garages and the basement. For the same price the Sears floor system was for one garage. Good price great value. Don't look at each peice. They seem cheap, Put it on the floor and walk on it it feels good in socks. Can't beat that.

Problem Resolved,

This review is from: Flexible Product Group Bx/10 1: Easy Tile Dry Floor Interlocking Drainage Tiles (1001075) (Kitchen)
I posted this review after Multy denied our request to replace our damaged floor tiles. Since then they have changed their minds and delivered 15 boxes of tiles needed to replace our damaged tiles. We are very pleased with their decision. We love the look of the floor and have decided to try the tiles again. Now we are extremely careful in coming into the garage. I hope this solves the problem. In the initial review I stated the floor was a total loss. We think we can take care of the buckling without replacing all of the tiles, thus the need for only 15 boxes of tiles.
Don't buy this product. Last fall we installed 64 boxes of tiles in our garage. The floor looked beautiful until this winter after a snowfall. As we came into the garage with our van, the entire floor buckled and the tiles bunched up under our van. It took us over an hour, lying on the cold garage floor, to cut the tiles loose. The floor is a total loss. The manufacturer has refused to replace the tiles. We have heard from others who have used the flooring, that simply turning the wheels on a car in the garage will cause problems with the tiles. No mention was made with the product that problems like this existed, or that extreme care must be taken when entering the garage.
