This review is from: Flexin & Sexin Volume 2 (Paperback)
Flexin' and Sexin' Volume 2 is a must Have in your collection type of book! The stories had me yelling out "Oh My" it was just that steamy. I loved Treasure E. Blue's story Butta Love. Butta love is a must read it is a story about a woman who is bored with her marriage and wants something better from her husband in the bedroom, but when her bestfriend takes her to an exotic club for her birthday where the men do everything to women it starts from there. This story is full of drama, sex, and an ending that will leave you with your mouth wide open! The story by Dashawn Taylor titled The Breath Taker is a great mystery that again will have you on the ride of your life. The standout story in this book is Ashley and Jaquavis' story "Moving Weight" This story is so good with an amazing twist you will be shocked! These stories not only are erotic but the they are thrillers as well and those stories are just the beginning. You should definitely put this book on your list of hot Summer reads!

Too many cliffhangers,
By His Future "Delta Diva" (Louisiana) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Flexin & Sexin Volume 2 (Paperback)
First off let me say that the book was a quick, erotic, exciting read. The downfall fall was TOO many of the stories left you hanging, you have to draw your own conclusion or wait for the author to continue the story on their own.Starting off with Hit Em Up 2-this story is a continuation from book one. Didn't read Flexin' and Sexin' Vol. 1, but I was able to follow the story that was presented in the second book. I would love to know what Bay's fate is going to be because he has a crooked cop looking to take him out and Carmen who is going to be out for revenge for killing her BFF. Ashley and Jacquavis never disappoint and their short story "Moving Weight" was on point. It had all the elements of a good story, there was a beginning, middle, and a CONCLUSION. I didn't have to guess what was going to happen to Dysha and Cam. The authors TOLD me in the few, short pages they were given. Thanks guys! You are the best dynamic duo in Urban literature right now. Butta Love-good story, never saw the twist coming at the end. The best advice someone should have given Maleka is keep your enemies close, but your friends closer. Never let your friends know ALL your business, it could potentially hurt you. With a friend like Dana who needs enemies. House of Sin-an okay read that could have been better if J. Tremble would have wrapped the plot UP. Aghhhh. The ending left the reader with question after question. What is the connection between Sensual and Gee? Who stabbed Jerome? Why did they want Jerome dead? Is Jerome dead? Hmmm, will not never know unless J. Tremble decides to write the continuation in book three, if there is a book three, or if a full novel is coming soon. The Breath Taker-very predictable plot even though the author wants it to be a mystery. After reading the first few pages I knew who the Breath Taker was. Be very careful about who you decide to befriend on the World Wide Web. Joy Ride-good story that left questions. What is going to happen to Joy/Crave? Is Major going to turn Joy in? Can you be in love with a person alter ego and not love them. If you are a person who likes cliffhangers then this is the book for you. F.Y.I~ the sex scenes were off the chains :-)

The stories in this book were pretty good, they all read on the same level and none in particular really blew me away or stood out from the others.I really coould have done without all the cliffhangers and I was very surprised that I predicted the ending to majority of the stories, especially Moving Weight by A&J,they usually have me guessing till the very end.I will have to say that I enjoyed volume 1 alot better than volume 2.
