Excellent product, very sturdy, lasted for years even when left outside for the winter. Purchasing another one because one of the springs broke. It still works, but does not snap back as firmly as before. I highly recommend.

The Jaws seem pretty sturdy, I've only had it since 8/13/09. It does a good job of picking up after a large dog. My one problem with it is that it also grabs grass and rips it out in the process of picking up the dog waste. I've starting going back to my rake and pan type of pooper scooper. The Jaws would be great if my grass was super short or I had to work on a hard surface.

This poop grabber does a great job. It's pretty sturdy. I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers are saying about it being a bad grass ripper. I don't have many problems and sometimes I'm dealing with some longer grass. Maybe I just have a good technique? :-)

The first one I received was broken, but the seller sent me a free replacement very fast. I was very happy with the service I received.

I've had this for about a year and a half. During that time
it has handled the deposits of my 3 dogs beautifully.
It handles firm or soft deposits equally well. It doesn't
tear up the grass and works in short or long grass.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because it is made out of
cheap plastic. I bought it again today when it broke.
I can't think of any better recommendation than a
repeat customer. Are there better scoopers out there?
Probably. Bottom line is I was happy enough to buy it
again.

best i have had...sturdy...has brace that holds it together(where other ones break)...easy to replace springs if needed...good price also

I'm pretty happy with it so far. It's built better than the Target brand just hopes it last longer than my previous one, which was about 6 months. I'm at 2 months now.

I just used the Flexrake Jaws pooper scoop for the first time. The grass was wet; the poop was wet
after days of rain. This works great! I have injuries that don't allow me to bend over. I was able to
stand and get almost all of it out of the grass - even some that had been mushed into it by the gardeners. Best clean-up investment I've made in years of owning dogs.

i'm very pleased w/ the action on the scooper. i've had it for about a month, & the spring feels strong. it opens really wide which is convenient for those piles that have 'spread'. i'm tall & it requires minimum bending to reach the ground. plus it's lightweight, fairly compact, & as attractive as a scooper can be. i love the one-handed action; it leaves the other free for the bag. i'd recommend to anyone.

The Flexrake 33P arrived only days after I ordered it, and the product performed as advertised. I was impressed with its sturdy construction, though I thought the handle would be too short for comfort, but not so. I have to clean up after two large dogs, and the flexrake makes the job very quick and easy.

I've owned this product for about a month. It opens wide and seems much sturdier than other plastic pooper scoopers I have bought in the past. My past pooper scoopers didn't last six months before cracking. I am very satisfied with the Flexrake.
