Trying to help train Professional Pilots,
By John F. Welch (Rapid City, South Dakota, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Flight Instructor's Pocket Companion (Paperback)
In my profssional flying career, I have met many pilots who seem to have gaps of knowledge or skills in their piloting vocations or avocations. I saw a challenge to meet: try to help flight instructors teach student flight instructors, and already rated ones, how to prevent or correct these shortcomings in both new students and experienced pilots. Every pilot should approach every flight as a learning opportunity. This especially pertinent to flight instructors. A great deal of FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR'S POCKET COMPANION is based on things learned from students and other pilots.
