Excellent text on introduction to flight training. Author walks you through his experience as a student pilot and shares honest and critical insights into the rather challenging yet fun endeavor of learning to fly and being safe. Authors sense of humor makes the book easy and fun to read compared to other similar text.

This is a great book loaded with information. This first few chapters makes you ask yourself the question is flying for you. He will go over the risks, costs, and types of questions someone looking into learning to fly is thinking. The author uses the 'She' pronoun for everything related to a flyer which is interesting, this might be because his favorite flight instructor was infact a woman, or this might be to be differnt from pretty much every other flying book. The book is very captivating and does have great illustrations... i've been reading it for hours on end.
