This was a spectacular purchase! I payed a little over 140 for it and it's a Nonin! USA brand! It works just as good as the really expensive one our triage nurse uses in the ER. Put em side by side and you get the same reading! battery lasts forever! I've had it for a few months now, with daily use. I know it's a little expensive but it's an essential tool to have at your fingertips!
