We have had trouble finding the 500mg mega dose of Vitamin C, and 1,000IUs of D recommended by our physician for our 3 year old who has persistent colds and viruses. This specific Flintstone has 250mg of C per pill. It has 400 IUs of D, too (why doesn't Amazon put this most important information in the product description?). Better and cheaper than Enfamil's TriViSol.
