4.0 out of 5 stars Childhood memories!
These are just like a I remember from childhood. Adult multivitamins tase horrible and are huge and hard to swallow. These provide the same supplements, but in a more pleasurable way. I have to stop my boyfriend from eating multiple at a time. He thinks they're candy. Not sure why, but this particular bottle of vitamins seems to taste more gritty than normal. The...

1.0 out of 5 stars Contain of Vitamins is good but product quality is HORRIBLE
I bought this Flintstones Complete for my children due to the contain of the vitamins. I did read from somewhere that a reviewer wrote that the tablets have black spots appear on it. I encountered the same things. When I first open it, there isn't any black spot (mould?) on the tablets and my daughter like it but not my son. I think the black spot turn up about 3 weeks,...

The two smaller bottles I bought at the pharmacy weren't like that. Not sure if it was the seller, this particular lot, or the fact that it was bulk (I run into similar problems when I buy huge boxes of cereal). I recommend these over "adult" vitamins though!

My son really likes these. I think he would eat several if allowed...debatable if that is a good or bad thing. We only give him half currently per the directions.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to Take Vitamins for Kids and Adults, December 16, 2006
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My family takes these. I find them easy to take, as I don't like swallowing pills, and they have the right nutrients and were recommended by my doctor of all of the big brands.

I think the black spot turn up about 3 weeks, it is really horrible when looking at it. I wonder what was happening with it. If the place where I stored is not suitable, my other health supplements will damage as well but it only happened to this product. I have another child's vitamins, which I bought together with this Flintstones Complete, does not show a sight of damage so I suspect it will probably due to the product quality. As such, I have to avoid buying this to prevent my money pour down to the drain.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent choice for gastric band patients., November 8, 2008
This review is from: Flintstones Complete-Children's Chewable Vitamins, 200 Tablets (Health and Beauty)
This is the one most recommended by Dr. Brad Watkins. It's tasty, complete, and won't get stuck in your stomach pouch. Plus there's the nostalgia factor. A Synchrony Health recommendation.

5.0 out of 5 stars There is an alternate product, September 6, 2011

I've had lap-band surgery and have been taking (2) Flintstones every morning for several years. They are very gentle on the stomach and taste good. However, if you really want to save a substantial amount of money on a very similar product, visit a local CVS Drug Store. They sell a CVS branded product at 1/3 the cost.

4.0 out of 5 stars 100% of the RDA, October 4, 2008

This review is from: Flintstones Complete-Children's Chewable Vitamins, 200 Tablets (Health and Beauty)
This product contains 100% of the RDA for vitamins & minerals. Other multivitamins I looked at had 300%, 5333%, and 2500% of the RDA. My doctor had said that I had extremely low iron and was also low in B vitamins and potassium. But I did not want to take mega-doses of vitamins. Flintstones are okay, I know they are made for kids, but they are way too sweet.

1.0 out of 5 stars Aspartame loaded, March 20, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Bayer (the producer) should reconsider their policy toward Aspartame, a known silent killer and avoid it at all cost in their products-especially those offered to children. It's time this world changes for the better.
