A fun late release NES title, October 22, 2009
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Flintstones II: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak (Video Game)
So what makes the game so great? Well you can play as Fred or Barney and switch at anytime with SELECT, a revolutionary concept for the NES. The game is a fun platformer that gets pretty challenging as the game goes on with some hidden bonus levels where you can collect stars toward 1-ups and also some fun sports mini games. This was one of the last games released for NES so the game really takes the NES to it's limits.
A true collectible, Flintstones Surprise at Dino Peak was primarily "rental only" making it difficult to find and especially rare with box and manual. The game now sports a price tag of 224.95 and higher on Amazon.com
