Of all the southern rock albums that have been released this is the best of them. Each and every song is great to sing along with. Buy the album, you won't be dissappointed.

Most excellent album ever. The band definitley has there act together still. They just recently came to my home town to perform at a festival held every year. By far they were the best entertainment in the rock catergory that they ever had.

This album is one of the first three ass kicking Molly Hatchet albums. Not only is it a MUST have for any serious South Rock Collection...ANY Rock collection. The first album, along with the following 'Beatin' the Odds' go along with this album to make a nice 3 package best of Molly Hatchet. There was nothing like them at the time, or since. If you want the original, and you want the best, get it now!

FLIRTIN' WITH DISASTER,
By TREVER PALMER (Kentucky) - See all my reviews

Firing on all cylinders, the Jacksonville-based Molly Hatchet returns with their second album. Loaded with such FM staples as "Whiskey Man," "Boogie No More" and the title track, the Hatchet mob are in top-form on this sophomore effort. Between the guitar-work of Dave Hlubek, Duane Roland and Steve Holland, all of whom sound as if they would be just as happy cradling shotguns as their musical intruments, and the macho-growling of lead singer Danny Joe Brown, Molly Hatchet sounds right at home with "sawdust floors, cold draft beer and women all around ("Jukin' City)." An excellent addition to any discography consisting of southern rock, Molly Hatchet's "Flirtin' With Disaster" is a must-have. "Come on Thunder!"

Hard Southern Rock,
By A Customer
This review is from: Flirtin With Disaster (Audio CD)
Flirtin' with disaster is a good example of the hard side of the Southern Rock featuring their famous almost heavy metal metal three-guitar attack. The title song is one of the Southern rock staples, and a classic rock tune.
