I am so happy I found Flora products. Their oils are sold ina dark glass bottles - exactly how they should be stored out of light and woth no plastic in proximity [oils have a very good absorbency]. Anyway, great product. Thank you!!

I purchased this product on two occasions. Both times the product arrived in a cooler pack and the date on the bottle indicated the oil is very fresh. The oil smells and tastes delicious. You only need to mix a small amount of this oil with a neutral tasting vegetable oil such as canola, sunflower or safflower to impart a walnut taste to the food you are preparing. I use it to keep my quality cutting board seasoned.

Bought this per a friend's recommendation to use on wooden kitchen tool handles to keep them moisturized. It works fine, but this bottle is waaay overpriced. Could have bought organic walnut oil at my local Sun Harvest for a third of the price; wish I'd checked there first.
