A natural doctor recomended this product to me, she said that it was the safest form of iron to take. I was unsure if it would give me all that I needed considering that I am anemic, but it works great and I don't have all the side affects that regular iron would give me, and I also don't have to worry about it giving me kidney stones as the others may have. This is a very good product!

I did not realize there is Angelica root in this because I was told this iron supplement was safe for pregnancy. Turns out the newer ones are supposed to be angelica free (or that is what I was just told). The company claims that the amount of angelica in them is safe, but all herbal sources say definitely avoid angelica during pregnancy. So make sure you take this into consideration before buying! It might be fine, but then again, I don't know if it's worth the risk.

I have used this product since 1994 because it is not made of chemical vitamins that harm the liver. I have never felt better, with or without stress. You take it 3 times a day with meals, for 6 days, and rest one day.

I used to be anemic prior to taking these vitamin supplements, I no longer experience those problems. I highly recommend this for people with heavy menstruation and especially those who have trouble taking ferrous sulfate, which constipates. This will not cause the problem as it is natural.

I gave this product to my friend who was a new mom, at the time, nursing baby and being tired all the time. She couldn't believe how it helped her come back to being young again, and thoroughly enjoy her son. She said it was the best gift she could have ever received.

I've been anemic for years and never knew it. I was finally diagnosed when I was pregnant and I started taking Slow FE. Although it worked, I felt awful and was constipated over and above what I was experiencing being pregnant. My anemia became extremely pronounced while I was breastfeeding; I experienced sever dizziness every time I would lie down or sit up. A friend recommend Floradix and I am so thrilled she did. (And fortunately I discovered the capsule form as the liquid smells a little funky.) I take less than the recommended does but I've finally found the right balance.

Love this iron tab, get iron and herbs together, doesn't make you feel icky from iron overload. Terrific!

Floradix is a fantastic iron supplement, and I took the liquid supplement while pregnant. I didn't enjoy it at all, but took it because it was the best iron supplement. Finding this in a pill was such a great surprise. All the benefits and none of the horrible taste.

I have tried many different iron supplements and this one is the best! It gives me no digestive discomfort and is highly absorbed (confirmed by blood test results).

This is the only product that helps me to bring up my iron count and does not bother my stomach.

These are the only iron supplements I have taken and feel actually do anything for me. An added bonus is NO bad reactions to it.

This is a wonderful iron supplement that *does not* cause GI distress like many other iron pills. It is worth the extra cost for that reason alone. I have taken it through 2 pregnancies and it kept my hemaglobin up very nicely. I always recommend this to friends and family looking for an iron supplement.
