Florida in the Civil War contains some interesting facts and ideas about this State that is so often overlooked in the Civil War arena. I enjoyed learning about the struggles and resulting priorities that occurred at the time, specifically the part the population, environment and climate played in this most southerly theater. Be warned; the layout - both chapters and text, and some of the grammar can be puzzling.
