About the Author

Ross Stafford Burnaman is a dedicated angler and lawyer. He earned a B.A. in Political Science/Environmental Studies from New College in 1980, and a law degree from Florida State University in 1983. He has served as counsel to 5 State agencies, most recently the Florida and Wildlife Conservation Commission. He lives in Tallahassee with his children, Coral and Nathan.
