A good starting point
I am currently taking the FREC Salesperson I course and this is the book, as you know, we must use. Reason being -- the book's goal, like most of it's kind, is for the student/reader to pass the state exam in the end. Hence, there are probably other books out there that convey similar information that aren't booged down with useless details that only exam takers need to know.
