Excellent for a lite weight Men's Florsheim shoe everything is 5 stars- fit, quality,price,style and the added convenience ordering online at Amazon...PERFECT...My son wears a 13- 3E not the easiest shoe size to find..

I bought these in a Florsheim store in a mall ($99). I had been hunting for about a week for a nice pair of shoes to wear with a suit at my sisters wedding. Nothing I was finding at department stores was doing it for me. I wanted something classic, without a lot of piping and frills. I wanted quality shoes that would last for years. It seemed like all the shoes I viewed in my quest had this newer style, overtly square toe which I absolutely detest.

I was impressed with the look and feel of these shoes when I found them in the store. I like that they are not overly shiny. They are very lightweight and made of nice quality leather. The insole is comfortable, soft, and designed with thought, much unlike the many uncomfortable cardboard insoles found in other dress shoes.

Once I purchased them, I wanted to break them in. I decided to wear them to the airport on the day I traveled to the wedding. I was impressed with the way they looked with a nice pair of jeans and a t-shirt. They can definitely be dressed up or down. I wore the shoes all day and no blisters or uncomfortable rubbing or stiffness. These shoes looked great with my suit at the wedding and they did a number on the dance floor too.

These shoes are very comfortable, however, I noticed that the color has been shaded a bit when I was walking in snow (accidentally). They look OK now and I am using them for the past one week, so far, so good. I would rate 3 out of 5.

light weight, plain styling. A bit on the thin side. E width makes a big difference in sizing.

After about 5 wearings the shoe is detaching from the bottom. Well, at $29 I got what I paid for -- no stitching and GLUE. Will never buy Florsheim again.
