Good flour,
This review is from: Flour, Sorghum, "Sweet" White, Wheat & Gluten Free, 22 oz. (Misc.)
I added this flour to my GF pancake mix. Best pancakes I have had. This flour gives a good flavor and a little more pop than just using plain rice flour. Also used it in a homemade flour mix for carrot cake, hmmm hmmm goooood! Just made an all purpose flour for my brownies, again another hit. Not an overpowering flavor just a nice added touch.

Works well in sauces,

This mild flour is a life-saver in a family with multiple allergies.
It works well cooked over low heat in sauces (the grainy texture will cook out, just don't add butter or oil right away) and is not gummy like rice flour.

Good,

This is great flour. My only remark would be the Amazon price. I always buy it at Whole Foods where 22 oz. package is around $3.15. You can also buy it at Bobsredmill.com for about the same price.
