I am a huge fan of Summer McStravick, whom I discovered on her Hay House radio show of the same name- "Flowdreaming."

For those of you new to Flowdreaming, it is a wonderful style of guided daydreaming where you are placed in the "flow" of your desires. Flowdreaming is not like traditional meditation. Each flowdream is intentional and unique, aimed at producing the results that you want. Its like imagining yourself immersed in a flowing river of energy and surrounding yourself with the things you want to attract in your life. Do this enough, and you will see your desires show up in reality.

I purchased the CD and have listened to it several times. I just added it to my ipod so I could listen to it more often-- you will want to have it everywhere! It has 4 tracks on it including the first one titled Positive Flow which is just a great general Flowdream for anytime. The rest are for attracting money, a luxury lifestyle, and transitions.
All are wonderful. Summer's voice which guides the Flowdreams is uplifting, positive, and easy to listen to.

I have felt more positive and confident about money since listening, and less blocked in attracting what I want. The more you listen the more you will want to listen.

Flowdreams don't last all day, they are around 15 minutes each making it easy to fit one in. It is easier than meditiation and produces real results!

Summer's Flowdreaming technique is incredible. I have read so many books and listened to other CDs, but this is what truly hit home for me.
This technique is an alternate to meditation, but still brings you to your higher self. There, you are the creator of your life. It is absolutely amazing and I just can't say enough good things about it. I feel a surge of energy and joy throughout the day whenever I think about "The Flow." It is a technique to solve any problems you are having in your life whether it be lack of money, job situations, relationships, health issues...anything!
Summer's voice is so soothing as she guides you through this process.

Maybe these are 'coincidences' not linked to this, but I highly doubt it. We got the Money one and within DAYS of listening to it, won 500.00 off of a scratch lottery ticket! We've NEVER won that much in a lottery before! THEN....money started appearing to us from all kinds of sources, many unexpected. and much, much MORE is continuing to happen in our lives in other areas as well. WOW. THANK YOU THANK YOU, Summer, for producing and sharing this with the world.
