This is a beautiful coloring book. The drawings are wonderful and true to Cicely Mary Barker's original artwork. This book is suitable for an older child or an adult collector. Highly recommended.

What a find for lovers of fairies! Barker's drawings are the sweetest, most whimsical of all. The flowers are accurately drawn and the fairies enchanting. My daughter and I both adore this book. Caution though - don't use markers, as they will bleed through the pages. A wonderful gift for any girl at a terrific price.

I have a large collection of these dover adult coloring books. I must das these illustrations are darling. Being an adult I still can enjoy some fantasy in my life.

I recommend these for relaxation. I find that Primsacolor colored pencils work the best for shading and making wonderful creative creations.

Highly recommend these books. Amazon had a HUGE collection and the 4 for 3 deal cannot be beat. There are themes just about for any taste.

Wahy cheaper than counceling and much more fun. LOL

I like this coloring book because it not only grabs the child's attention, but it provides opportunity for the child to see the beauty that is found in form which is simply expressed, while enabling a child see how color accentuates beauty: the beauty that is found in the form. A plus is that it inspires an adult to participate in the child's creative and artistic growth and maturity... A great book for helping all children grow in artistic awarnesss but in a simple way that doesn't overwhelm them... it is a treasure... jack O'Dell

I purchased 2 one for me and one for my granddaughter she loved it as did I. We are going to be using colored pencils, she has been using them with me since she was 2yr old , she is now 10 yr old and we color together when I have her. I am disabled so coloring is one thing we do together. If your girls any age like faries they will love this book .

I am not much on coloring books and would rather give a child a blank piece of paper and tell them to "create." But this coloring book is so much more. Full of magical fairies and pictures originally created by Cicely Mary Baker, this book helps children imagine the world of fairies. Lovely!

This is as enchanting as the flower fairies activity book. I bought this for a friend's 3 year old and she just loves it. Great value for the price.

If the little one you are thinking about purchasing this for insists on being a princess every Halloween, has weekly tea parties and insists on wearing dresses even when it is forty degrees outside, this will thrill her. The illustrations are breathtaking. I highly recommend this coloring book.

Delightful coloring book for the grandaughters. They enjoy finding "their" letters to spell their names. Wonderful detail and precious angelic faces. Great for all fairy lovers.
